If you haven’t read Lisa Gardner’s Love You More, think about picking up a copy to read over the weekend. It looks like we’ll have good reading weather, and this is a fast-paced, can’t-put-it-down kind of book. Our book group will meet on Monday, October 22 at 7 pm at the library to discuss the book (with refreshments!) We’ll be done well before the Presidential debate starts.
Love You More is this year’s 1 Book 1 Valley community read for the Mount Washington Valley, and readers in Madison have joined with readers from neighboring towns to read the book, meet for book discussion groups, and learn more about themes in the book by attending programs, like the one held at Madison Library two weeks ago on police K-9s.
All this activity is in anticipation of 1 Book 1 Valley’s Big Event, a special appearance by Lisa Gardner on Thursday, October 25 at 7 pm in North Conway Village, at the Lutheran Church of the Nativity on the corner of Grove Street and White Mountain Highway.
There are six copies of the book available today, stop in, pick one up, and join us on Monday and again on Thursday.
