The Trustees of the Madison Library announce a new program called “Sponsor-a-Book“. This is a great way to help your library with the expense of purchasing new books and also to give a meaningful and tax deductible gift. It is suggested that for a donation of at least $25 (the minimum cost of a new book for the library) you can donate a book as a memorial or as a birthday, holiday or other gift. Your gift will be recognized by a name plate within the book, a letter announcing the gift will be sent to your honoree by the library and you will receive a gift receipt for your tax records. This is one of those win-win-win situations! Please consider helping your library in this way and gifting your friends and family.
