new furniture

It’s fun choosing furniture. We’ve ordered two new chairs from Newall’s (see photocopy and fabric in photo), good for curling up with a book or magazine, and just the right size for sharing a story with a child. By the way, the E.E. Cummings bio shown in the photo, published this year, is a great one for older children and adults. Cummings’ time in Silver Lake is pretty thoroughly covered. And, as you can see in the background, we are still working on moving books into the children’s room. Stop by, there’s a lot to see.
