Okay, let’s get going

Anyone interested in learning about and exploring on open source software and other web 2.0 stuff at the library, contact me (Mary Cronin.) I’d like to get a group of interested and intrigued folks started creating and using wikis, blogs, flickrs, podcasts, RSS, etc.–whatever the library’s computer will handle. I think this could be a multigenerational group. Just bring an open mind and a healthy interest in new stuff. The thing about tech is that it’s always changing, and although keeping up can be daunting, you don’t have to be a diehard techie to have fun playing with and finding good ways to use the new stuff.
