“Night of Living in Recovery,” Wed., Oct. 5 at 6:30 PM: Online panel discussion hosted by Carroll County Coalition for Public Health (C3PH) on how our community is facing and responding to substance use, mental health and poverty and what the local resources are in our rural communities. Catalina Kirsch, C3PH’s continuum of care facilitator, will be joined by Eric Moran, peer resource director at White Horse Recovery, and others to talk about the factors involved and how they are being addressed.
