Book sales and summer reading programs!

We’re starting summer with a kids’ book sale today (June 22) until 5 pm. Come grab some books for beach bags, camp, to keep in the car for long rides. Next Tuesday, on June 29, our summer reading programs kick off when Stacy Sand brings a wet and wild “Make a Splash” afternoon of games, songs and fun. Come ready to get wet!

By the way, the Friends of Madison Library BIG book sale will be on August 7 from 9 am to 1 pm with books for all ages, sorted  nicely for easy browsing. Donations for the August book sale will be accepted through July 31 during library open hours. Please don’t leave boxes of books outside. All types of books are welcome except for textbooks, encyclopedias, condensed books and anything musty smelling.
