All a-twitter

The Madison Library is now on Twitter: http://twitter.com/madisonlib
The plan is to use it for updates on what’s happening at the library, and important service information (like snow closings or internet problems).
Basically, Twitter allows you to post short messages (max. 140 characters) about what is happening now. These messages can be seen by checking the website, or individuals can sign up to receive your updates by IM or on their mobile phones.
