The library’s closed today because of the icy mess outside (and on the advice of the Madison Highway Dept., people who have a good idea of what driving conditions are like), but if you’re out of books (like I am), and are poking around online, here are some things to try out:
- TumbleBooks, eBooks for kids (plus puzzles and games)
- Downloadable Audio, some can be burned to CD, others played on an MP3 player or right on your computer
- Browse new books at the library at Madison Library on LibraryThing
- The Madison Library catalog, renew, reserve something you spied on LibraryThing, or see when your stuff is due (Yes, it’s back online! If you’re still having trouble, let me know.)
