Something new for the little ones

Seven new early literacy kits are available for checkout, each contains a combination of items that includes two or three of the following: puppet, book, puzzle, and/or game. Each kit has a theme: Pig, Cat, Dog, Tiger, Monkey, Dinosaur, and Zoo. The kits are funded in part by a Granite State Reads grant from the Park Street Foundation. This grant has allowed us to increase our materials and programming for children from birth to age 3. Playing with puppets is a great, and fun, way for children to develop language skills. (We’ve named the dinosaur Louise.)
