Len shares the frustrations, challenges and successes of raising two boys with severe developmental disabilities and the impact it has had on his life and relationships.

Len serves on the board of directors for Casa, Inc, a not-for-profit providing loving homes to individuals challenged by developmental disabilities, and has served through his career on the boards of numerous other not-for-profits serving the developmental disabilities community. Len is a former litigation and trial attorney who has turned his communication skills to writing and public speaking.
