How can our Library best serve the residents and visitors of Madison?
A community conversation on the future of the Madison Library
Come join a lively and informative discussion to share your ideas and concerns about our Library.
This Community Conversation, hosted by the Madison Library’s Strategic Planning Committee, will take place on Tuesday, August 19 from 5:30 to 7:45 pm.
- We’ll start with an ice cream social at 5:30 pm. (Yes, ice cream for supper!)
- Then we’ll share the results of our Community Survey, which was conducted earlier this summer.
- Then, Bruce Mallory from NH Listens will facilitate a discussion of what our community needs and wants for library services, and identify with those present the priorities for the next three years. We’ll also discuss our long-term vision of the library’s role in our community.
We’re planning to offer childcare at the library so parents of young children are able to participate. If you will need childcare for this event, please let us know.
The information gathered at this meeting will be an essential piece of the strategic plan for your library. Please plan to come!
