New to computers? Have a new gadget to figure out? We’re here to help! Here’s some of what we offer:
New! iPad Users’ Group, 2nd and 4th Mondays at 3 pm at the library. Starts January 14. This is a chance to find and offer help, share tips and apps with fellow iPad users.
One-on-One Computer Training for Beginners: by appointment, let us know what you need to learn and where you’re starting from, we’ll work with you at your own pace to get you there. If you need to learn how to get started using a computer, how to set up an email account, navigate an online application, write a letter or resume and send it electronically, we’re glad to help. Appointments will be made for 1 hour sessions during the library’s open hours. Please call at least a week in advance.
Computer Basics Workshops: Second Wednesdays at 2 pm, next one is February 13 on using Microsoft Word. Limited space, call to sign up.
Using NH Downloadable Books: Fourth Wednesdays at 4 pm, next session is January 27. Learn how to borrow ebooks and audiobooks for your device, or borrow one of our ereaders or MP3 players to try it out. Can’t come on Wednesdays? Call us to set up an appointment for a one-on-one training session.
