We are sad to hear of the death of Dwight Ellis, whose intelligence, generous nature, and sense of humor will be missed. The photo shows the seal that Dwight Ellis created for the Madison Library around the time of its 100th anniversary and the building of the present day building.
Since there is no local newspaper on Mondays, here is information about services provided by his family:
Visiting hours are Monday, June 4 from 1 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm at Furber & White’s in North Conway. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 5 at 2 pm at the Gilman Cemetery on East Madison Road, followed by a reception at Camp Tohkomeupog.
We will miss seeing Dwight in the front row at this Wednesday’s NH Humanities Council program, he was a big fan of theirs.
