Join us on May 17 at 7 pmĀ as we host an illustrated lecture by local resident Bob Silvestri, who will talk about the art and life of Renaissance painter Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio (1571-1610). Highly regarded by present day art lovers, Caravaggio was a controversial figure in his day.
The lecture will be free and open to the public, and will take place in the John F. Chick Meeting Room on the lower level of the Madison Library.
