School vacation week happenings

The Madison Library is closed on Monday, February 21 in observance of Presidents’ Day. Programs planned for this week are a sock puppet program on Tuesday, February 22 at 1 pm for children 4 and up. Bring a clean sock, adults may be asked to assist with sewing on button eyes. Tuesday evening at 7 pm the adult book group will meet to discuss The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society; plan to join us, all are welcome. And on Friday, February 25 from 10 am to noon, we’ll be teaching children 8 and up to play cribbage. If you can help teach, please let Mary know at 367-8545–we’re working toward having a multi-age cribbage tournament during April vacation.
