E.E. Cummings program

Last evening we had a great crowd in the library’s Chick Room for Ruth Shackford’s and Carol Batchelder’s presentation on “E.E. Cummings and Silver Lake.” We heard about Cummings’ life, about Cummings’ connection with local families, and some of Cummings’ poetry, beautifully and clearly explained by Mrs. Batchelder.
